I will design a custom workout regimen for you during our one-on-one training sessions. I do not do “one size fits all” programs. Your workout regimen will have the appropriate level of difficulty and resistance that fits your goals.
Resistance and Endurance Training
I will train you to improve your strength, increase muscle mass, increase your endurance and fitness. I use an effective training system that challenges your muscles without necessarily having to lift “heavy” weights each and every time.
Two-For-One Couples or Workout Buddies Training
It’s much more fun to train with a loved one or friend! I offer “couples” training for the same rate as an individual as long as you work out together. I use a special system of training that keeps you both moving and doesn’t waste time waiting for the other person to complete a circuit.
I can train you at your home (if appropriate), a park or outdoor setting, or at a private gym with permission from the owner.
Weight Loss Coaching
I use exercises that increase your metabolism and burn a lot of calories even after you’re done with your workout. I will also work with you, if desired, to keep you on track with your preferred nutrition plan. I will keep you accountable to the macronutrient percentages you’re shooting for, or to your calorie target.
I specialize in coaching people who are already on low carb, Paleo, Primal, ketogenic, gluten-free, or a LCHF diet—but I will work with your preferred nutrition plan.
You’ll get tips from me on how to bust through plateaus, stay motivated, and avoid the temptation of those “trigger” foods that derail you. I probably know exactly what you’re going through because I’ve been there myself! I will teach you strategies that are based on research and science, not anecdotal evidence or “conventional wisdom”.
