Rates & Packages

Select the package that best suits your needs and budget.

Sessions are 50 minutes and include warm up and cool down and stretch. Session locations are in your home, at a private gym (with owner’s permission), or outdoors in a park. You need not have any equipment, I will bring everything you need.

Per session, a-la-carte*: $60 per 50 minute session.

5 session package*, paid in advance: $290  (a $10 savings over a-la-carte)

  • Includes calorie and nutrition monitoring with MyFitnessPal, if desired.
  • Includes fitness homework emailed to you for days between sessions, minus any rest days.
  • Includes a separate and free fitness assessment and goal-setting session (1 hour).

10 session package*, paid in advance: $560 (a $40 savings over a-la-carte)

  • Includes calorie and nutrition monitoring with MyFitnessPal, if desired.
  • Includes fitness homework emailed to you for days between sessions, minus any rest days.
  • Includes a separate and free fitness assessment and goal-setting session (1 hour).
  • Includes a fitness and goals re-assessment session at the end of 10 sessions.

20 session package*, paid in advance: $1100 (a $160 savings over a-la-carte)

  • Includes calorie and nutrition monitoring with MyFitnessPal, if desired.
  • Includes fitness homework emailed to you for days between sessions, minus any rest days.
  • Includes a separate and free fitness assessment and goal-setting session (1 hour).
  • Includes a fitness and goals re-assessment session at the end of 10 sessions.
  • Includes skin fold caliper body fat testing (included at initial fitness assessment and at re-assessment. (A $60 value- FREE)

*All packages, even a one-time session, includes a free but separate, 1-hour initial goal setting and fitness assessment in your home.
